Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from playing our game and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported to our support team within 14 days of purchase
  • You must cooperate with our support team's troubleshooting efforts
  • The issue must be related to the game itself, not your hardware or other software

Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchased a game or made an in-game purchase, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Game Time Limitation

For game purchases, refunds may be available if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase
  • You have played the game for less than 2 hours
  • You have not previously refunded the same game

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
  • Games that have been played for more than 2 hours
  • In-game consumable items that have been used (e.g., virtual currency, power-ups)
  • Purchases where you have violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, purchase date, and the email address used for the purchase
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. If applicable, include any error messages or screenshots that demonstrate technical issues

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
